The Kula Center Kentucky is pleased to announce the addition of two
NEW classes this Spring.
5:30 – 6:45pm Slow Flow Yoga:
In this class we will take to our asana practice as exploration of our body. By slowing down our flow and movement we will tune into what our body is needing whether that be release or resistance and strength. Join us for this reverent body prayer practice.
7:00-8:15pm Yin Yoga:
In this feminine form yoga we will enter into poses and passively release in each pose for an average of 3-5 minutes. This is a deeply meditative body practice that accesses deep tissue and facial release where our emotions are often stored. This guided practice will teach you to tune into your body and honor it while learning to hold space for what comes up within us non-judgmentally.
